The KASH Sports School begins soon!The first semester starts in September, in conjunction with Birmingham Community Education.
The K.A.S.H. (Kids Achieving Superior Health) Sports School is a combination health and sports mastery program. At the Sports School, children will learn basic sport movements, like running, jumping and throwing, and how they are incorporated into sport.
This co-ed Sports School will improve each student’s power, endurance and hand-eye coordination in a fun, no-pressure environment. When the body improves in these areas, fat is lost and muscle is gained.
All students are required to wear a plain white T-shirt. At the end of the 6-week term, each student will earn a diploma and a patch to place on the shirt.
1st term: Fall 2010
Class description: Summer Olympics

Class fee: $150 (includes graduation patch & certificate of completion)

In 2009, Ken published 2 books. The first was the highly-rated paperback Brave New Workouts.
Ken's 2nd book publication a Best-of series. Ken chose 30+ of his favorite articles, published from 2007 to 2009, and put them together in an ebook, FREE to the public.
