Kash Fitness founder Ken Kashubara is a Physical Preparation Coach. Now what does that mean? It means that whether you are an Olympic hopeful, an elderly person wishing to stay active, or have any other fitness goal, he can prepare your body to perform whatever specific motor tasks you need.
For athletes, if you train with Ken, your mobility, stability, speed, strength, explosiveness and stamina will be where it needs to be, so you will be physically ready to perform in your chosen sport. The rest is up to the athlete and the coaches.

2012 comes with some good news. I will be featured in the upcoming book AMERICA'S TOP TRAINERS ANSWER YOUR FITNESS AND NUTRITION QUESTIONS by Regency Publishing.
I am very humbled by this honor as I am the the only trainer from the Midwest included in the book.
In the book, I answer 19 questions on topics such as "Is it a good idea to walk or run with weights," "Can I lose fat and gain muscle at the same time," and "What is a common misconception about nutrition?"
Release date February 1st. The book will be available for purchase on Amazon and hopefully in your local bookstore.
For members of the gym, I will be packaging this book with Brave New Workouts as a 2 for 1 special for only $20.

In other news, the winter schedule is booming. Football and tennis classes are in full swing, the figure skaters are improving, as are the soccer players, and everyone is working hard.
Session times still available on the weekends for the kids and "banker hours" available for adults.

KASH Fitness founder Ken Kashubara has published over 250 health and fitness articles, an ebook, and a full-length paperback book, Brave New Workouts.
Ken began writing fitness articles for Suite101 in 2007. Since then, he has written for some of the most popular brands around.
