Ken Kashubara lives and breathes fitness. He prides himself with his combination of clinical and practical knowledge.
He is constantly studying the biology of nutrition, body mechanics and the guidelines necessary for optimal health. These studies have equated into over 200 published health and fitness articles.
Ken has exercised nearly every day of his life. This practical knowledge gives him a distinct advantage as a Personal Trainer. He never recommends diets, exercises, fitness programs or supplements he hasn't tried and liked first. This strategy ensures the advice he gives is safe and effective.
Ken became a certified personal trainer after earning his degree from the University of Pittsburgh (where he was a full athletic scholarship recipient and four-year letter winner in football) in 1999. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. Furthermore, he is a Metabolic Specialist through New Leaf Fitness and updates his CPR yearly through the American Heart Association.
