Who We Are
Ken Kashubara has lived a life of sports and fitness. He grew up playing football, basketball, baseball and track and field. In high school, he was an All-American in football.
He accepted a full scholarship to play football at the University of Pittsburgh. At Pitt, Ken earned 4 varsity letters and a BSBA in General Management, with specialties in Marketing and Business Environment.
After college, Ken became a personal trainer, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise. He also earned a Metabolic Specialist certification.
Ken has dedicated the last 9 years of his life to helping his clients achieve their health and fitness goals. He has published a fitness book, Brave New Workouts, and over 250 health and fitness articles.
